25.01.2022 Like a time bomb its been waiting to happen. Germany figured this out 35 years ago. A positive step

25.01.2022 Lets hope that this might bring some stability back to the industry. https://amp.theguardian.com//cleanaway-takes-over-skm-amid

20.01.2022 Reminds me of few garbage dinosaurs I know...

20.01.2022 Covid-19 update. We recently emailed many of our clients assuring everyone we are open and delivering bins as per normal until such time as the govt may stop us from doing so should freight and logistics be halted. Our Despatch is now contactless and some team members are working remotely from home in isolation which we had been doing for some years now no problem. However due to possible delays in shipments and fluctuations in exchange rates we also advised that we may not... be able to guarantee some of your favourite brands of bins that you prefer would be available for current and future orders but that several alternative brands would be available. We are expecting several bulk shipments that were loaded and on water months ago which are arriving soon with luck no delays. We will advise case by case and if supply a different brand we will back it up with usual hot stamps and warranties that we always put on any bin we sell and with minimal delays to get your bins where and when you need them fast. Big thanks from MBA for your ongoing support. Call Josie, Richard or the office 1300 558 996 if you have concerns or questions anytime See more

18.01.2022 This an example of a cheap quality bin. You can see the brittleness of the plastic which is likely low or medium density polyethylene (LDPE-MDPE) rather than high density polyethylene (HDPE) which is the most impact resistant injection moulded plastic. These may even have traces of polypropylene (PP) which typically has low UV protection when in outdoor environment and will turn chalky. Typical areas of flex on lid have cracked and failed. One bin can be seen lid is long gone. Whilst there can be small cost saving in cheap bins you will certainly be buying replacements in the shortest time... At Mobile Bins Australia we can certainly replace these with our high quality bins contact us anytime we will gladly assist

18.01.2022 On your mark.....

17.01.2022 If you're not taking your bin out in style, you're doing it wrong.

15.01.2022 Happy saint Patricks day. At least something positive rather than Covid-19 updates. Thought worth sharing from our happy team member Scott Ward

06.01.2022 No caption needed....

04.01.2022 An interesting site we dont see often in Australia. Bins out for collection in the snow. The standard size bin in the US is 95 gallon in imperial which is 360 litres. Also is 65 gallon or 240 litres but these are rare. Will try to post some others over coming days. Waste moves pretty fast. No sign of build up of garbage in state of Utah. Also a pic of a typical American front lift truck

03.01.2022 An all too familiar site in Australia now immortalised in LEGO

03.01.2022 Waste to energy peoples!! This is what we have to do to bridge the gap between genuine recyclable materials and food and green organics. https://www.facebook.com/100000237705567//3207266185957940

03.01.2022 It will be interesting to see how this initiative will pan out, and what implementation timeframe

03.01.2022 Our friends at RCW can build you a truck!!

02.01.2022 And it begins. A separate glass bin is obviously the solution and has been occurring in Germany for decades... https://www.news.com.au///b2d9ea942b9431a8c030fe8657906221

02.01.2022 Pretty much sums up Victoria at present. Hang in there folks

01.01.2022 It will take time. Germany has a 4-5 bin system and the people embrace this and more importantly it works. Segregation of waste at its source is the key if we want to truly make recycling effective recovery of materials for re-use.

01.01.2022 The kids are smart and always learning. Kids are going to shape the future of waste management in Australia

01.01.2022 Of course we all know that those motor parts are probably from a Nissan

01.01.2022 Front lift pockets by MBA another great job by the team they look amazing!!

01.01.2022 Anyone who has run behind a garbage truck will relate. I remember how grateful an elderly lady in Coburg was during hard rubbish collection when we helped her get a broken down old fridge from her garage that she had no chance of getting to the kerbside for collection. #Wasteindustrystories #compassion
