24.01.2022 Porpunka lambs for Bruce and Annie. Eco wrap to save trays and soaker pads to minimise their carbon footprint. I don't mind it's easier and quicker to wrap anyway.

20.01.2022 Cutting up in glenn creek and these guys smashed out the work. James, Liz, lucy and nick helped make the snags. Lucy took to it like a duck to water. She was winding and filling the casings all by her self. Now she wants to work 4 me. At 12 she will have to wait a bit. So lucy filling snags, liz learnt to link in 5 min so i stood back and took photos. Then at the end of the cut up nick took me for a ride in the can am 1200 cc monster. I though for real it was the end for me. But at 14 the boy can steer. Maybe next toby price? Mmmmm ps. language warning

08.01.2022 I had a cracker of a day cutting up with these two. I processed a steer for Lachlan and Mez from Kiewa valley and Jose and Josh were very hands on. I showed them how to link a single sausage and I turned around for a minute and they had them done.

01.01.2022 I hate blown tyres in the middle of handsonvile 40 min from home with no spare tyre. All good I just limped it 2 km down the road to my good customers and freinds place. I borrowed Grahames jack and tools to get it off. I got a new tyre put on and went back the next day to put the wheel back on and clean it for a convinent kill just down the road. To my surprise Lloydy had cleaned the coolroom for me. And she gave me a jim beam. What a lady. #lovecountrypeople
