24.01.2022 Hi All, Some fantastic news & my phone has been inundated with calls & text messages, I’m now sure you all know Dan Andrews announcement that mobile dog grooming can start operating from 11:59pm tonight onwards. I will start operating mobile grooming again from Tuesday morning. My diary is filling up unbelievably fast. As it will be super busy for me, I will endeavour to return your calls and text messages as promptly as I can. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank all my customers throughout the lockdown who have been concerned for their doggies welfare and patience to get through this lockdown. Don’t forget Covid safe practises remain (mask, non-contact handover of dogs) so let’s continue to stay safe and looking forward to seeing you all very soon

22.01.2022 To our much loved Melbourne customers, We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your continued support and patience. We really hope that your dogs are not as dire as the one in this heartbreaking photograph. There is no doubt this photo has been chosen to challenge those who don't understand the need for dog grooming and the service it provides. We are thankful that the retail bricks and mortar venues are opening soon but we are at a loss to explain to our Melbourne... customers why mobile groomers are still grounded. There seems to be a lack of understanding of how we operate - and of our COVID Safe plan which states that no human contact is allowed. We have managed to operate contactless since March and the current lockdown has caused many clients great distress. Especially the elderly and those who can't manage to groom their precious family member nor get in a car to drive them to a groomer. If you feel comfortable, please help get your Melbourne Blue Wheeler Groomer back on the road by September 28 by signing the petition. Thank you again and we miss you all. 19.01.2022 Happy Friday everyone. Today I’m reaching out to you all. As you know I cannot work from home or tow my trailer to my customers home. Does anyone know of any vacant shops /warehouse space currently available within 5 km of SPRINGVALE location that I could park my trailer at the rear to wash dogs and groom dog’s? Must have water and electricity supply. I’m happy to pay reasonable weekly rent until I’m mobile again.... Thank you for your attention and appreciate any leads.
