16.01.2022 Could everyone please go in and sign this petition. Brokers have become a very important part of the finance industry in Australia. Most banks no long have experienced lending staff in branch to assist customers with their inquiries. This is even more evident in rural areas where banks are closing branches on a regular basis. Brokers have access to a large number lenders and in turn can offer real choices to borrowers. Keep the competition alive, support your finance broker.

15.01.2022 Well it’s been 2 years now since I made one of the biggest decisions of my life and went out into the finance industry as a self-employed mortgage broker. Starting a mortgage broker business from scratch without the support of a brand name or franchise behind me certainly has had its challenges. Working 84 hours on average a week, every week, is just one of them. But I wouldn’t give it up for all the tea in China, I absolutely love what I do. The support I have received from ...my loyal customers, friends and referral partners has been beyond anything I could have ever imagined. It is thanks to all of them and my staff that I have been named a finalist in the 2019 Adviser Australian Broking Awards, Newcomer of the Year Regional and Regional Broker of the Year categories. We all work extremely hard to provide exceptional service to our customers by delivering the best possible outcome every time. Mobile Finance Broker is a terribly busy office, the work is incredibly stressful thought out the purchase or refinance process. We have to liaise wi...th various lenders, real estate agents, valuers, solicitors and sometimes builders to meet our customers’ expectations, finance and settlement deadlines. On top of that we must keep abreast of lender and regulatory bodies ever changing policies especially now with the impact of Covid-19. Sometimes through this prosses we become so focused on achieving the end goal we forget just what a powerful thing it is that we do, we assist in changing people’s lives, every single day.
