22.01.2022 What were you up to Saturday night? I just massaged a lovely couple in Brisbane. My first treatment booking since prior to Covid. I tried my absolute best to give wonderful treatments. They were extremely relaxed on leaving and they hadn’t started their wine yet. Really appreciating the business.. thanks to all who are starting to book again . My bursitis is gone for now too! ... 09.01.2022 I found Reece with his chin so low it touched his chest! So I propped up cushions to elevate his device and chin. His arms are not perfect but at least shoulders are dropped. His tummy rests on the chair, not ideal. His sister studies on the floor, laptop on knees. She understands the need to elevate the screen height as she’s had ample sore necks so were on a mission to improve the kids postures and device use habits ..keeping you guys in the progress loop..

03.01.2022 I put together a simple short video on kids ergonomics for studying at home recently.. The one thing we all have trouble with is the height of the device and compression of the neck. This morning my daughter is not well so she’ll likely stay home. She’s set herself up in bed with the important things at arms length and I’ve propped up her laptop. Her arm/wrist position is not ideal however the neck is of a higher importance so I’ve focused on that this morning..
