25.01.2022 Colleen needed some more desk space to do the books. She has been using the breakfast bar for years. So I knocked this up for her on the weekend and installed it last night. Bet that's the cleanest it will ever be. The next project is she wants some over head cupboards to store al the files you have to keep for years.... See how many years that hey. But then with the shut downs, maybe not. See more

24.01.2022 Had enough truck work for one weekend. Frame fully welded. Spare part shelves, benches and waste oil compartment all framed up and tacked in place. Time now to get ready for the week.

24.01.2022 Stay at Big 4 Caravan park Toowoomba for 2 nights to take some time out to smell the flowers

23.01.2022 Next project my wife has me doing. Ripping down the 20 or 30 year pergola and build a new one.

21.01.2022 Good morning everybody, Covid 19, what better way to self isolate than boating, most boats provide more than enough room for self isolation. I can service and or repair your boat and motor with zero physical contact with anybody and after thoroughly wiping down all surfaces that I touch I leave safer than before I touched it. Boating is a great thing for your metal health. You're out in the open air and in a small way you will help keep the economy ticking over.

19.01.2022 The modern 4 st powered boat, and trailer is a serious investment and needs to be well maintained. This one was locked in the shed for 2 1/2 years and not touched which resulted in a total package repair cost of almost 10G, ouch. A little bit of regular care would have reduced that fiqure by 80 to 90%. I've alway said boat are like your wife, neglect them long enough and they WILL cost you a ship load of money.

18.01.2022 Pargola finished for over a week now. Colleen love it. Just need to replace the lights and power sockets.

18.01.2022 It's taken it's time but my truck is starting to happen. All the slide in accessories painted red and ready to go. Rear steps not quiet finished. Pantech frame tacked in place and squared up. That should be welded this weekend, suject to weather.

16.01.2022 Not much visible, but still working on my truck on Saturdays. Water tank and plumbing almost finished. Urinal finished including the waist tank. Started back training and coaching our daughter last Sunday and each Sunday from now on.

15.01.2022 Waking up Friday morning in Toogoolawah free camp. 1st time alone with my wife in over a year.

14.01.2022 Next project is my truck. Over the last week all the old bit weld to the floor have been cut off and ground up. Started to cut the steel frame out yesterday

10.01.2022 Fitted the last of the roof supports, framed out the urinal and all the over head lockers. A couple more weekends and the internal framing should ready to prime and paint

09.01.2022 Been a bit slow in the marine repair industry. Not much to report. Spent the weekend making a compost facility for my wife.

07.01.2022 Picked the latest edtion of M.E.D.S Marine Engine Diagnostic System last week. Reported to be the worlds best diagnostic system. Had to upgrade both of my laptops as well. Ouch, that's lots of coin. Already had need of it and as you would expect from the worlds best, it worked flawlessly.... It covers all marine engines except Volvo Penta. See more

03.01.2022 Finally put some time in pn my truck. Compressor tacked in place and working on the generator slide out.
