19.01.2022 I can not begin to describe how disgusting that was the smell was so bad and got me thinking who is stupid enough to pay 5$ a bottle of 750ml of Evian water... me It was all an experiment I just want to know what the fuss is all about this salted water. I have experimented with other brands, but so far this is in the top 3 for the worst. Like a coffee table with 4 legs to support it, a room with 4 walls, the 4 disciples...you get the picture. It has 4 muscles and each of them have job to do ... SUPRASPINATUS- Elevates the shoulder joint INFRASPINATUS- Externally rotates the shoulder joint. TERES MINOR- Externally rotates the shoulder joint. SUBSCAPULARIS- Internally rotates the shoulder joint. Fun fact- I dislocated mine 9 times It hurts like hell..... but it didn't stop me at all. Deadlifting up to 220kg Jogging every morning Boxing You name it... This is what made me the therapist that I'am today. Learning from my mistakes, because it is the best lesson that myself and everyone else can manifest in. When you fall off your bike you need to learn to get up and get back on track. There have been so many times that I wanted to give up, but I was like no way!
