17.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone. We have the reformers, and now a wonder chair, (Pilates equipment) at Physical Solutions Joondalup if anyone needs a New Year core stability assessment and programme.

07.01.2022 Yey - they’ve arrived .....we’re Pilates ready at Physical Solutions .... Reformers can provide ways to exercise during rehabilitation that cannot be achieved using traditional methods. Cannot recommend them enough, whatever stage you’re at.
