Most clients I have had or people I have trained, have very tight ankles and/or feet. This article will allow you to understand the limitations of your feet and work towards gaining increased dexterity and strength in them. Do you have tight calves? Do you get shin splints? If you have any ankle; knee, hip or lower back discomfort discomfort or issue, there is a high likelihood of an imbalance in your feet.
