25.01.2022 I'm only new to the pilates world - so jumping at the chance to learn more and get creative with #7DaysPilatesPlay my technique is not amazing yet- but I'm still learning... more important to me is the movement and the enjoyment behind it and sometimes the pain (good) here is my twist on the rollup with the magic circle adding in some pulses, obliques, twists and presses Thanks to the amazing Steph @pilates.hq and Kylie for inspiring me to start my journey and @breatheeducation for challenging my thinking, practice and teaching #justmove #pilates #rollup



24.01.2022 Hey been awhile since I’ve been on here! COVID has made for an interesting year... Ive had the opportunity to stop and think about the sort of teacher I hope to be. I hope that you feel welcome and included when you come to my class, that you know I’ve your back! It would be amazing if you feel like you have the opportunity to explore movement and really connect and develop an understanding of your own body! ... That you see movement as a positive experience in which you feel inspired and confident to move in a way that feels good for you on the day! We all have different reasons for moving and that can change from day to day! The cheif was in to supervise and try his hand at filming too Really struggling with teaser still- so playing around with bent legs and some open leg rocker to break it up! 18.01.2022 Day 3 #7dayspilatesplay saw & rotations After spending most of weekend in car - I've opted for standing versions which felt great for my body! For some reason I’m loving rollbacks at moment think I put them in every class ... and I had to pick which body parts were least sore so that I can actually demonstrate the exercises There will still be all your favourites like bridges, side planks and much more to make class balanced! 01.01.2022 Day 2 - scissors #7DAYSPILATESPLAY playing around on the foam roller with some arm and leg scissors into some side scissors- which are a lot harder than they look - you can see how bad my feet were cramping!! Love incorporating balance into movement- and this one was definitely a challenge for me! #scissors #justmove #pilates
