Although this Anzac Day is unlike any we have experienced before, we hope that all those who can, will be in their driveways at 6:00am tomorrow just like our wonderful team will be. ... 21.01.2022 GREAT NEWS! WE ARE NOW TAKING BOOKINGS FOR DINE IN! First of all we would like to thank all the regulars that continued to come into the store for takeaway options of their favourite meals. It has been a long and challenging few months and you guys have made it easier. We have worked hard this past week and a half to get the shop ready for sit down dining and are pleased to announce that as of Thursday the 11th of June we will be accepting bookings for dine in. Please see b...elow for the times we have available. Just a few housekeeping things we need to cover: - We are required (by the QLD Government) to take the details of all individuals who will be dining in. This includes: name, address (work address is fine) and contact number. This has to be taken for every person that lives in a different household. I.e you have a family of 4 and invite your 2 grandparents, you will need to give your details as will one of your grandparents - We are only allowed 6pax per table as we have limited space and have to comply with the 1.5m social distancing - All customers are asked NOT to come to the venue if you are sick or suspect you may have come into contact with someone with COVID-19 - There will be hand sanitiser outside the entrance to the Cafe and we ask every customer entering to kindly sanitise before they enter - Please follow all signage instructions on the doors/walls to make the process of ordering efficient and for the safety of those around you - Please be friendly and patient with staff as this is a tough time for us all. We are doing our best to get back into the swing of dine in service and appreciate your kindness during this transition - We ask that customers who make a booking arrive no more than 5 minutes before their booking so that we have sufficient time between settings to clear the table and properly sanitise it, the chairs and menus. We are a veteran owned Cafe and appreciate the sacrifice our defence members make for us both in the past and present. We will not be open on Monday the 26th for the Anzac Day public holiday. We hope you all enjoy your long weekend but also use the time to thank all the men and women that fought for this country and those that continue to do so.

08.01.2022 Dear Valued Customers, We would like to thank everyone who has been patient and understanding of the strict COVID-19 regulations. Thank you for understanding that we have not chosen this, it is something implemented by the government. It has been just as hard on us small businesses as it has been for all of you. We are simply doing the best we can with the conditions we have been given. We have had some people yell at staff and carry on because of the social distancing requ...irements. Please keep in mind this type of behaviour is appalling and will not be tolerated. Our staff are doing their best to give customers a sense of normality and should not be disrespected because of governing laws put in place to protect the community. Rudeness and yelling at staff in the future could result in you being asked to leave. We value the mental health of our staff and customers above all else. We appreciate your patience an understanding in the manner. We understand most are doing the right thing and we adore you for it but the select few are making it very difficult for no reason. We ask everyone to simply be kind to their fellow human as we all try to navigate through this new normality. We look forward to seeing everyone's smiling faces tomorrow.
