16.01.2022 REJUVENATE CRYSTALIZED HONEY Crystalized honey definitely does not mean the honey has spoiled. In fact, honey is one of the only foods that doesn't spoil and crystalization is a sign of high quality honey! Some people prefer crystalized honey to runny honey, it just depends on the person. ... Honey crystalizes in low temperatures, so during these cold winter months, it is more likely that your honey will crystalize, but of course this depends on the honey. To prevent crystalisation, keep your honey in a warm spot, one example is near the stove where the warmth will be near the honey and stop the crystalization. If your honey is crystalized and you want it to be runny again, simply put it in a warm-hot water bath and the honey will slowly warm up and start becoming runny again. Make sure the water is not boiling, as this will overheat the honey, getting rid of the nutrients and all the good stuff you want from honey. The microwave will also overheat the honey, so avoid that as much as you can. Either way, crystalized or runny, honey is delicious!!
