12.01.2022 Iced Coffee with Baileys and Kahlua One of our favourites and so simple to make! For the most satisfying dessert style coffee cocktail you’re ever likely to drink, you will need: 180 millilitres of freshly brewed coffee... 60 millilitres of pouring cream 60 millilitres of Baileys 30 millilitres of Kahlua Ice Whipped cream (as much as you like!) Chocolate flakes, caramel, syrups or other treats to decorate! Method: 1. Once you’ve brewed your coffee, set it aside. 2. Mix cream, Baileys and Kahlua with ice in a shaker and swirl (not shake, otherwise the cream will stick to the ice) to combine. 3. Pour into a glass and stir in the coffee. 4. Finish with whipped cream and chocolate decorations to taste. 5. Enjoy!
