05.01.2022 Overall, the role of the A Grade Coach for Modbury Hawks Netball Club is as follows: -Plan and Conduct 1 weekly training session -Manage the players at training on Wednesday night and Matches on Monday Nights -Engage with your team by creating an open, honest and positive culture... Within that, ideally you would be working towards the following: -Creating Sessions that develop your players in the core skills of netball -Creating and developing 'Court Partnerships' between players who compliment each other -Identifying strengths and weaknesses in your opposition and planning your team line up based on those observations -Understanding and assisting the players achieve their goals The club will support you with: -Mentoring (at your request) -Funding your participating in the Coaching Accreditation Framework with Netball Australia -Access to online and printed resources *Rate is dependant on experience
