03.01.2022 Just when I think I’ve seen everything something different pops up. Laundry taps that need repairing or replacing. Replacing it was more cost effective for a rental.

03.01.2022 This what happens when it’s freezing cold. The water in the pipe freezes and then bursts the pipe when it thaws causing a flood in the roof. Cut out and replaced.
