17.01.2022 This June I will be participating in the Act for Peace ration challenge. For the entire week, I will be living on the exact same rations that Syrian refugees in... Jordan are given. Those rations are: Rice 420g Lentils 170g Dried Chick Peas 85g Tinned sardines 125g Tinned kidney beans 400g Vegetable Oil 300ml As a "bonus" we also get a further 1.5kg of rice and 400grams of flour. By attempting to raise funds before the challenge starts, I am able to "buy" myself bonuses such as a seasoning, 120gms of a protein or a vegetable.
