As I prepare to go back to London to speak with other working and aspiring models I'd like to ask you all a question....'if I were to turn my Happy Body program into a booklet, like a training/inspiration/journal with exercises and food plan to get your body and health resilient and prepared for model life, would you be interested?' After years in the model industry I am passionate to provide you all what I wish I had at the time. A guide book to being empowered in this world. 14.01.2022 Hi Model Academy graduates...This is Marissa I met you during your course to talk all things nutrition, training and positive visualisation! I have created a 6 week program for you all.
