10.01.2022 LASH CLEANSING! Why you should be cleansing your lashes with an oil-free lash cleanser daily! What are the benefits of daily lash-cleansing? ... Clean lashes mean better retention. Build up of oil, skin, make up and dirt on your extensions will eat away at the adhesive and will cause premature shedding. Your lashes were made to catch debris and protect your eyes- that’s their job. Although, with the extension on there, all that gunk will sit nestled in nicely at the base of your lash line and create a build up. Lash cleansers are specifically formulated to clean and break down any residue on your lash line and get your lashes looking full & fluffy again. Infections. Over time the build up from dirt, debris, make up etc can lead to Blepharitis. Blepharitis is an inflammation of the eyelids commonly caused when the oil glands at the base of the lash line become clogged. Your eyelids may become red, swollen or feel sore and this can cause premature loss of your natural lashes if left untreated. Stronger lash attachment. Another reason to keep your lashes clean is to make sure you have the best bond between your natural lash and the extension. Lashes will not stick to a dirty surface! Imagine trying to attach a sticker to your car without washing it first- it just simply wouldn’t hold. The best way to make sure your lashes hold on, is by having a nice clean canvas to start with. Don’t. Be. Afraid. To. Get. Your. Lashes. Wet! It is a common stress for clients- not to get their lashes wet.. That if you do, the water will compromise the integrity of the adhesive and all your lashes will fall out. This isn’t the case. If in doubt, you can wait 24 hours after application before washing them as your lash artist will do it at your appointment, but water or cleansing your lashes will not harm them! Steam and oils will. So please avoid steam and any oil based products around your eyes. Make sure you cleanse your lashes regularly right from the beginning. It’s a lot harder to get a squeaky clean lash line after the build up has already occurred. We use & sell @lashgame_official foaming cleanser in salon. Happy Cleansing! xo

This will take you to our online booking system. ... We are crazy busy and we are becoming very overwhelmed with the amount of messages we are receiving regarding booking appointments. Because we are with clients and cannot reply straight away, this means that you are waiting longer than we’d like to book an appointment and are missing out. PLEASE USE THE ONLINE BOOKING SYSTEM! It is super simple to use and honestly the fastest way to book in. If you are after a specific date or time, we are also recommending you rebook your next 2-3 infills as we are booking weeks in advance. Our afternoons/evenings are booked until mid-August at this stage. We will have a waiting list ready to go if you cannot find a time online. If this is the case, please message or email us to be placed on the list and you will be contacted should something become available. Thank you
