22.01.2022 So many people say to me "Wow... You are doing so well, you are so lucky!" It makes me smile.... YES, I am SO grateful for so many things, but luck in the old ...sense of the word has nothing to do with it. I Love the LUCK acronym : Labour Under Correct Knowledge. It makes far more sense to me. And labour it is indeed! One of my mentors has a saying... "Honour the Struggle"... he even has T-shirts made up with that saying. When I finally embraced the fact that running a business is indeed HARD WORK..... I allowed myself to embrace the struggles along the way that help me grow, learn and finally achieve my goals. So - even though people don't see how hard you work and the struggles you go through to be "successful" in life (whatever the term means to YOU) ..... WE DO. We KNOW. And it's OK. We are like those little ducks in the water... calm and collected from the waist up, but below the surface, we are paddling like the dickens to make it all happen!
