18.01.2022 Three quick tips for those experiencing vocal fatigue from a heavy vocal load online during COVID- 1. Don't cover both your ears with your headset as this will ...invariably promote a backed resonance & may create excess muscle tension. 2. Reset/prime your voice with quick playful stretches throughout the day (lip trills, kazoos/buzzes, strawing, vowel humming etc) for a couple of minutes 3. Similarly be careful to move your voice around dynamically rather than stay in the one pitch and loudness zone. Stay vocal AND healthy everyone!! See more

15.01.2022 For those who don't know there is a great feature called Language Learning with Netflix that could be great for your students for listening/reading skill develo...pment. It extends beyond the usual Netflix with features/options, see screen shot, such as a built in dictionary to use with subtitles, an automatic pause at the end of each subtitle option and a catalogue of foreign language films. It's not a Netflix feature but a browser extension made by a third party which you can install. https://languagelearningwithnetflix.com/ Enjoy and happy Monday! See more
