09.01.2022 This property is situated on a 1180m block. The house is built further down the block allowing off street parking, full privacy from neighbours on both sides when sitting on the deck and enjoying the sweeping majestic 180 views of Mt Coolum, Buderim, Glasshouse Mountains, Bli Bli, Nambour, Yandina and Mt Ninderry. It is a multi story split level pole home with double lock up garage, rock retaining walls, spotted gum timber floors, fibre cement sheet cladding, metal roof, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge and dinning, raking ceilings, large decks, laundry and landscaping to compliment the sloping land.

05.01.2022 Renovation works on this property was completed in 2010 for long standing clients from Noosa Heads. The works comprised of new kitchen, new powder room and modification to new powder room vanity, together with a new laundry including overheads and linen cabinet. In order to achieve these renovation works the following was essential:- demolition and removal of existing plaster walls;... installation of new low bearing beam; framing to suit new design; plastering to new openings and walls; and tiling to floors and walls. The pool and entertaining area also had a make over with new tiles, retaining walls and decking. The outcome being a remarkable renovation both internally and externally.
