05.01.2022 I was made redundant from my dream role on 24 March, 2020. Thats what happened. Given the circumstance, I saw two options. Look for a traditional HR role in an organisation or set up my own employee and workplace solutions consultancy. Four weeks later, modernhrpartner was created to partner people including employees, managers, business owners and organisations who are reluctant, for whatever reason, to either seek assistance or dont have the skills or confidence to manag...e issues internally but just want clarity and peace of mind. Im looking forward to contributing Excellence to the workplace with every person I partner. Excellence (Noun) the quality of being outstanding

02.01.2022 Back yourself, communicate and get complete - By Iosefo Tapusoa: Wow, what a month! Got made redundant on the 24 March (first time i was on the receiving end of THE CALL. Im normally used to handing out the white envelopes, not receiving one). Significant choice between going back into a traditional hr (for those who dont know, this means human resources but I do know people who refer to us as human remains or fun police) role or embracing the opportunity (despite the ad...ded uncertainty) to go it alone, again (deep breath and slowly out). I chose to go it alone on the 31 March. Scored an initial 3 month contract on the 8 April. Website (www.modernhrpartner.com) done, most of my social media reviewed and revamped (yup, all drunk photos deleted. There was only 2). So, if you noticed my FB personal page looking abit more, well, profeshhhhhhhh, thats why. And tonight, 24 April, Im so excited about the future and this next adventure. During this process, i discovered that I just need to back myself, be in communication and get everything from my past complete. Did i say everything? Yes, everything! Butttt, I did not do this on my own. This would not have been possible without a team (Yes, apparently there is no I in team) of great friends who made themselves available (all the way from Dallas, Kalgoorlie, Sydney and here in Perth). Thank you all so much.
