10.01.2022 This is the time of year people are desperate at times to fix heaters etc. be sure you are hiring a professional to repair, replace and install. make sure the...y show you their Plumbing Card to see if they are registered or licensed as if something goes wrong your insurance may not cover the damage caused. Protect your family . Protect your valuable assets. if you hire a licensed plumber you will be 100% sure they will have the necessary insurance. They cannot get their licence renewed each year without proving their insurance.

02.01.2022 The most important tool on a building site is a good coffee. The perfect latt can be found just around the corner at Bella Sistas.

01.01.2022 An important message for those who own houses with pools. The Victorian Building Authority announced plans to introduce new regulations effective as of today (1, December, 2019) concerning pool safety in homes. In summary:... It appears that this is a significant change to the regulations which includes mandatory registration of your pool with your local council and periodic safety inspections to be carried out by a specific class of Registered Building Surveyor. The deadline for pool registration is 30 June 2020 yet as always with matters dealing with the local council its wise to take action early. Your local councils website will have more information regarding pool registration. Once you have your pool registered you will be required to have the barriers inspected and a certificate of compliance issued and lodged every four years.
