25.01.2022 A message from Modure... 'we're still here' What a year 2020 was! (I think we're just coming up for a breath now) While we watched on with disbelief at what was happening to the world around us, as business owners Jarrod and myself prepared for the worst initially. Watching industries shut down over night and people left without income and an immense amount uncertainty running through each and everyone of our minds... The construction industry (thankfully deemed as essentia...l work) went quiet for a week, then BOOM! It exploded right in front of us. We're still a little unsure of where the last 10 months has gone??? When I open up our social media it would appear that we've been hiding under a rock since about August last year and to some extent that is true. When the government started throwing money at home owners to build and renovate you can imagine what happened to our phones and emails. Our sincerest apologies to everyone who weren't able to get back to, at times it simply wasn't achievable, the phone was ringing off the hook and i'm sure there was a month there where that's all we did was take enquiries over the phone the entire month. We've been fortunate and are truly grateful to have a wonderful amount of projects on through this time, if only we could help everyone our buckets would be full but unfortunately we've had to learn very quickly our capacity of juggling balls and to not drop any (or too many at once) We are beyond grateful to each and every client in 2020 who welcomed us and our team into their home with open arms so that we could continue to bring life to much loved homes within the Mackay and surrounding region. I've compiled a series of 'some of' the photos and projects that were brought to Modure in 2020.. We hope you like the slide and I promise to get back on the 'social media' bandwagon this year, now that we can breathe a little again.
