25.01.2022 Powered site ready! Something a little different today; installing a 240V caravan inlet on a van, complete with power points and circuit protection. Happy campers

24.01.2022 Finishing touches applied on a terrace renovation of ours today in Darlinghurst. Both client and electrician happy with the outcome, especially with the lighting used to illuminate the original brickwork. We used Clipsal Saturn Zen range of switches and powerpoints throughout, a subtle touch of style. New kitchen fit off and finished, ready for splash back. Looking forward to seeing the finished product. @ Darlinghurst, New South Wales

23.01.2022 A reading light for light reading; simple yet effective.

22.01.2022 No before shots of this one but here’s a few finished photos of our recent job in Harbord. Along with a new Kitchen and bathroom, we did a complete lighting make-over including the installation of various styles of pendants as well as replacing/reconfiguring 65 Halogen downlights with LEDs. @ Freshwater, New South Wales

19.01.2022 Really enjoyed this project, even more so knowing that our clients were happy with the result. Stay tuned for a gallery of the prettiest garden in Fairlight.

19.01.2022 Some photos of recent works for Dad & Dave’s Brewing/Wildspirit Distilling. Part of these works included upgrading their distillery equipment, from single to three phase. We used a voltage regulator with a potentiometer to adjust the output from 0-100%, to enable fast and accurate temperature control. We also had some fun playing adult Meccano while we installed a bit of cable tray. @ Dad & Dave's Brewing

05.01.2022 The finished product of a recent lighting project in Fairlight. The brief was to design a lighting layout that was both functional and decorative, which we achieved using a variety of products. Always fun lighting up people’s lives, especially when the end result looks something like this @ Fairlight

04.01.2022 A few shots of recent works in a warehouse complex, where we were tasked with splitting an existing tenancy into 2 separately metered supplies, as well as installing a new supply and switchboard to one of those tenancies. The splitting of tenancies also meant re-routing much of the existing cabling, in order to comply with current standards. @ Frenchs Forest, New South Wales, Australia

04.01.2022 Fitting out a distillery for our good friends at Wildspirit Distilling. We can already taste the post game gin & tonics.

04.01.2022 A recent switchboard overhaul we completed for a customer in Narraweena. Most switchboard upgrades require a Level 2 Authorised Service Provider to disconnect and reconnect your incoming service. Working live is not only extremely dangerous, it is also illegal. Contact Modus Electrical today for all you ASP needs. This switchboard upgrade consisted of; New consumer mains due to deterioration of existing cotton cabling Meter p...anel replacement including the removal and disposal of old asbestos panel New safety switches on all final sub circuits Upgrade of earthing system Tidy up of all cabling behind meter panel @ Narraweena See more

04.01.2022 A few shots from recent works for a friends down at Dad and Dave’s Brewing. Full re-wire of control circuits to tanks, as well as installing a brand new control board for new equipment. Now the boys can get back to brewing us a couple of beers . @ Dad & Dave's Brewing

03.01.2022 Control board install for the boys at Troy Jones Plumbing this morning, complete with pumps and float switches. The float switches monitor the water levels in the pit and will energise the pumps, ensuring any build up of water will make it up the steep driveway and into the stormwater network. @ North Balgowlah
