16.01.2022 The creation of a new beer is why we are in this business. Create, Innovate, Sippy sip. We were stoked to work with the very talented @kentaro_yoshida again on our new Cerveza can. It was awesome to see him handcraft this image from the tasting notes and vision we had for this crisp, classic beer. On ya Kenny!

29.12.2021 Don't let the awkward cheering fool you, these two know what they're doing. Scotty (left) we will get to later but for now but we caught up with certified food and booze snob, head of production & all-round 'hoppy' guy, Matt Hogan, to talk brewing. Q. What excites you the most about 2022? A. "With the recent completion of the new brewery venue in Newcastle, which will house a state-of-the-art brewery, we're pretty excited to see our Modus range come out of Newy. We'll be able... to brew 3 million + litres per year which will take a lot of pressure off our original brewery in Mona Vale. The guys down at Mona Vale will focus on our innovative limiteds, that our loyal followers have come to love, and will allow us to bring even better limited brews to pubs and bottle shops near you." Q. What state-of-the-art machine have we built into the new Modus Merewether brewhouse? A. "The new brewery has been fitted out with some pretty cool gear. It will be a fully automated brewhouse with the help of Fermecraft & will also feature an automated keg washer & filler system from Comac (for the beer nerds out there). It's to be a pretty impressive system that we are all pretty excited about." Q. What do you believe is going to be the beer style of 2022? A. "We have recently released our new Modus Cerveza which we are pretty excited about. With craft Cerveza being so well received in the American market we thought it was a great time to focus on simple but quality ingredients, bringing a clean, crisp beer that's a great eski filler. Perfect for the Aussie lifestyle."

20.12.2021 This land gives us amazing ingredients to work with, hops, water, malt. So looking after this land is a big deal for us.
