24.01.2022 Goal Setting To achieve your desired health and fitness goals, you need to have a plan, you need to have a timeline and you need to be consistent even on days you just don’t feel it! Here’s how I goal set ... WHAT what is your goal, be specific. Eg: 10kg weight loss, lift a 100kg deadlift WHEN When do you want this goal by? Not ASAP or 2 months. Write a date with a realistic timeframe. WHY Why do you want this goal, what is going to keep you consistent and drive you to reach this goal. Just because isn’t your why! You can’t always rely on motivation! SET Set out weekly goals, small goals for you to reach your big goal. Whether it’s minimum 500g a week weight loss or increase a compound movement by 2kg each week. Write a program that is going to suit you or ask for a trainer to help you and test weekly to see if you set plan is working, if not why isn’t it working? Are you not being honest with your nutrition or skipping training days? What can you do to change this strategy to make it work? Once you have reached your goal, what’s next? Weight doesn’t stay off if your not consistent and willing to stick to maintenance calories and training sessions. The same goes for increasing strength. You won’t stay strong without being consistent after your goal is reached. A goal doesn’t end, you just keep getting newer more improved goals. EVER - - - Choc Hazelnut Protein Pancakes 45g Quick Oats 20g Protein Powder (I used @botanikablends custard donut vegan protein) 1 Whole Egg + 1 Egg White 5g L-Glutamine 40g Banana Vanilla Extract 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 15g @pana_organic Choc Hazelnut Spread (for topping) - - - METHOD :- Blend all ingredients except the choc spread in a blender. 02.01.2022 I would be lying if I said I was ok I would be lying if I said I thought I was worthy I would be lying if I said those people closest to me hadn’t hurt me... I would be lying if I said I was happy - - - - - When your a mum, a wife, a care giver, an organiser, a nurse, a therapist, a mediator, a business owner and an employee. You get spread fairly thin between all those things. Then you have things like, practise self worth, move your body, loose weight, gain muscle, eat clean, be positive, loose the negative, pick people up, pick yourself up.... and the list goes on. - - - - - So you let people in your life that are rocks, that are meant to be a listening, understanding ear, then help you navigate through the hard times or pick up some of the slack at times, they let you know your doing a good job or remind you that you are worthy. But sometimes these people are the ones that overwhelm you the most, they don’t support, or uplift you. They see you at rock bottom but look down on you like you could be doing better... At times your blinded by what is actually happening. You’ve begged and pleaded. Your privacy is compromised, your run down to their friends or the side bitch, yet your still too blame.... So, my questions is... How do you move past it How do you find your self worth everyday Do you have these people in your life How will you make it better Right now!
