05.01.2022 Now that we’re staying in again for lockdown, here's our take on a winter warmer a warm Cable Car: You'll need a good quality spiced rum, cointreau, lemon juice, cinnamon sugar and honey Rim a glass with a lemon wedge and then dunk into the cinnamon sugar. Into a small saucepan, add:... 45mL spiced rum, 15mL cointreau, 30mL lemon juice and 1 heaped teaspoon of honey. Heat gently on low, but do not bring to a simmer.
