19.01.2022 We would like to take this opportunity to wish all our customers and the community a Merry Christmas, It has been a tough year for all of us, we have lived through a time that we never though we would have to ever see in our lifetime. It certainly has been a challenge on many fronts for all of us, we have also had our challenges, we are still here and will continue to fight to be here doing what we started out as a hobby and has turned into a full time business going into ou...r 10 th Year in 2021. Somethings are not easy in life, but as long as we keep trying, we will succeed in the end! This year more than ever we have been blessed to have some loyal customers who have shown their continued support, something we are very appreciative of. We had to change things to adapt and continue on with our Free Delivery of our products, and we asked our customers to please be mindful to get your orders in with plenty of time for us to process your orders, introducing order cut off times, it is stil a work in progress as we are all busy in our lives. If you still find it a challenge to remember to order and you need help with this, please ask Fran about our automatic order system so you can have a continued uninterrupted supply of our Honey and not have to worry about getting the order in on time. These are our dates and cut off times for the last orders for Christmas:- Last delivery for Brisbane will be Thursday 24th, orders to be in by Tuesday 22nd Deliveries for the Westside, Brookfield out to Moggill, Mt Crosby all suburbs out to Karana Downs and Karalee with be delivered Wednesday 23rd Dec, order cut off time Monday 21st Dec. 15.01.2022 The reason Honey crystallises is that the naturally occurring sugars in the Honey from the nectar it is made from, seperate and then thicken up and crystallise, it doesn’t mean the Honey is off or that there is anything wrong with the Honey, in fact it tells you that it is a good thing, it shows the Honey has not been heated in the extraction process. How to return crystallised Honey to its liquid form: Firstly, very important step, so the ants don’t get into the Honey, ti...e the container into a plastic bag that has no holes in it, Place the container out in the FULL SUN, this is how they found out that Honey was the only food on earth to never spoil, they found a clay pot of crystallised Honey in the Pharaoh’s Tomb, in Egypt. The clay pot was sat outside in the Sun and when they returned to move it, the Honey was returned to its liquid form. After you have left the Honey out in the Sun for a few hours, give it a good shake and see if the consistency is back to your liking, if not, leave it for another few hours and keep repeating this process until it is fully back to the liquid form. Placing the Honey out in the Sun doesn’t harm the Honey in anyway, it actually helps to energise the Honey. The most important thing is to prevent the ants from getting into the container, and they will get into the container if you don’t put a barrier up to prevent them.

10.01.2022 After suspension problems we finally (fingers crossed) have it all fixed up now. New springs fitted with airbags. We will try them out tonight moving some beehives, but some before and after stats on the ute. New springs 9cms shorter than what was in the ute. Top of tyre to bottom of tray was 16cm after upgrade 28cm, towbars to ground was 31cm now 46cm. 02.01.2022 Dear Customers.... IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT ORDERING (Saturday 18th July 2020) We are sorry to have to inform you, yet again, that our website shop is not correctly collecting orders from you, our valued customers. Our web developers were recently paid to perform an upgrade on our website shop cart, they tried to do the work on Friday, and obviously haven’t done the work correctly as many customers are not able to submit their orders.... When we click on it, we don’t have any problems having it open, so we have consulted our web developers and they inform us that you our valued customers, will need to re start your devices, your iPad, your computers to be able to clear out the cache on your devices or computers so that you can then access the new Shopping.cart interface that we now have, this should fix any is...sues you would have been having to try and access our webpage from the Shop Now button.
