21.01.2022 We are so happy to have received a honey extractor, so kindly donated for us to use by Gary Piole. Peter and I are so grateful. This machine will help us get Mogo Village Honey back on the shop shelves. A huge thank you to Gino and Andrew and our great community for helping this happen.
20.01.2022 A couple of weeks ago we had the great pleasure of having a visit from Paul West. Paul from the TV program "The River Cottage" filmed a cooking segment and a bee/ honey shed tour with us. This was organised by the Eurobodalla council to promote our beautiful South Coast. See the link for recipes from Paul. We will post the film when its completed soon https://eurobodalla.com.au//eurobodalla-on-a-plate-tv-che/

06.01.2022 Grafting for queen cells, to breed more queens for requeening hives and making new bee colony's. In the first photo the bees are careing for the new queen cells. The second photo is uncapped brood. The larvae in this photo are too large to graft, the larvea needs to be very small to graft.
