02.01.2022 RELEASE & RECALIBRATE I’ve been seeing and hearing of a lot of overwhelm in the past few days. I myself had a mini meltdown yesterday but as I always say it’s better out than in. Releasing despair, sadness, frustration can be so cathartic and help recalibrate our nervous system.... Screaming into a pillow or whilst you’re in the car alone or having a good cry in the shower are just a few ways to let go of the dense energies. Also remember to lean into your oils...the ones that ground, comfort and also uplift you. We learnt this technique in the Balance Challenge a few weeks ago but you could use it with any oil you feel called to at the time. I’d love to hear if you have tried this and which oil you chose to support your emotional wellbeing. The few minutes this takes is so worthwhile.
