25.01.2022 Our lunch today - easy homemade hummus. Simply blitz 300g freshly cooked chickpeas or 400g can with 1 tablespoon of tahini, squeeze of lemon juice, drizzle of olive oil and season with cumin and salt. Add water to get required consistency...yum!
