17.01.2022 Hi everyone, Keith came home from hospital on Saturday (yes - only a week after surgery) and while he won't be 'running any marathons' for a while he is doing really well - lots of "battle scars"! By now you will have met the lovely Fran who is filling in for Keith - if you haven't, buy some coffees this week and say hi. And remember.....

17.01.2022 LOOKING FOR CASUAL BARISTA STAFF. We are looking for friendly and hardworking staff to join our fun mobile coffee van. We have a tight and busy schedule which requires 2 people to work the van. Whilst barista experience would be an advantage, it is not essential - we will train the right applicants. 16.01.2022 Hi Everyone, Hope you all had a coffee today from Brett - our Cafe2u Rep who took the van out today. And thanks for all your well wishes. I know Brett had requests as to where to send cards, etc to Keith....best address is Holy Spirit Northside Hospital Private Hospital, 627 Rode Road, Chermside Qld 4032. At this stage his heart surgery will be either Friday or Saturday this week. Will keep you all posted with updates. Good news is the coffee van will be back as of Tuesday next week. We have a lovely lady, Fran, who will be filling in for Keith until he recovers. Cheers, Sue Samson

14.01.2022 Keith goes into hospital at the end of the month to get his new hips. Amanda will be running the van while he is off work and we need 2 casual staff to help out at least until the end of the year. This would be a position which suits someone who is looking for 20-25 hours per week. Barista experience would be an advantage but we can offer full training to the right person. 11.01.2022 Hi Everyone, So sorry coffee van missed you all yesterday....Keith is temporarily out of action in hospital with a leaky heart valve. We will know more today. Hopefully we will have the van back on the road next week....will keep you posted. Sue Samson

06.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I am relieved to say Keith came through his open heart surgery OK on Saturday and he is doing well. All going to plan, he will stay in hospital in Brisbane until next weekend and then home - the road to recovery begins! We have a lovely lady, Fran, who will be filling in for Keith while he is out of action. She will be tooting the van horn as of tomorrow morning (Tuesday) Cheers - Sue Samson
