Ty and Stacey have the most beautiful grounding energy and bring in so much love and openness into the space, you feel like you’ve been given the biggest hug in a long time! Sound Healing journeys puts us into a state of expansion, that helps us to receive new awareness in life. An intention to be still and quiet our mind will slow down the nerv...ous system, switching off the ‘fight or flight’ response. It helps you sleep better, feel a deeper connection with your self, helps you feel more grounded, more creative! We love Sound Journeys and to combine it with sacred movement and the sound of the drum beat was like being in the lap of Mother Earth and listening to her heartbeat I feel so much gratitude for this scared space we get to work and play in we get to meet so many amazing humans and beautiful souls Sometimes I have to pinch myself.....how did we ever get so lucky!!! #sograteful #bestjobintheworld #blessed #yogaislife
