15.01.2022 Remember this guy? Cancer Council first brought Sid Seagull onto our screens in the 1980s and today, his message is as important as ever. Today is the launch of National Skin Cancer Action Week, and this year, Cancer Council and the Australasian College of Dermatologists are bringing him back and encouraging all those ‘80s kids who are now parents themselves to stay SunSmart. A lot has changed since the ‘80s, but it’s still the same sun. UV radiation is just as dangerous, and sun protection is still the best defence against skin cancer. @cancercouncil
