21.01.2022 Less than a week to go to the Moline Golf Classic 2020 so thought it time for a couple of things you should consider and things the club requires from you this year. 1. COVID-19. The club will be taking additional steps to keep everyone safe and to meet the requirements placed on us by the NT Government. These will include: - Extra cleaning of the toilets and showers - The provision of hand sanitiser in key locations... - Recording of all attendees as you drive through the gate on Friday evening or as soon as we see you if you arrive early - the gate will be locked late Friday and Saturday night and during the competition. There will be a hand held radio at the gate for those who arrive during the competition and who request entry. - SOCIAL DISTANCING. We ask everyone to apply good social distancing whilst attending the Classic - If you are suffering from any flu or coronavirus like symptoms, please consider staying home 2. Please be prepared to take your rubbish home with you. 3. No buggies or quads are to be ised over the weekend (except those being used by the committee to run the event). 4. If you are not familiar or are unsure of bore water, please consider bringing drinking water with you. A lot of additional effort has been expended by the committee in jumping through a heap of additional loops to get this years Classic happening. Lets all help in making it a safe event for all. 18.01.2022 The Moline Golf Club Working Bee Schedule has been posted as events on the Moline Golf Club Facebook page. If you have time and would like to learn or doo something different, come along. There will be committee members on site at each event to provide guidance and good company.

08.01.2022 The Moline Golf Club will hold an AGM on Sunday 19 April at 3pm. Due to the COVID-19 social distancing requirements the meeting will be held via teleconference. The phone dial-in details will be provided to attendees on request. If you plan to call-in can you please message the Moline Golf Club Facebook page and we will forward you the details to dial in.

08.01.2022 CALL for HELP - Moline golf club needs some voluntary assistance from a fridge/freezer tech. We have 2 freezers behind the bar that have stopped working. If you can help please let me know. We will be holding working bees 27-28 Jun and the Darwin show day weekend.

06.01.2022 Today we celebrated the life of Mr Ken McAloon (Mr Mac) with a small tree planting ceremony, spreading of his ashes, prayer and a toast to all the great times we shared. From his enthusiasm as the course fire warden (bug) his love of driving the mower and most importantly, his love of life and a fine wine. RIP, You will always be in our hears. A big thanks to Mrs Mac (Sheila) and grand daughter (Kira) for coming down for the day, it meant the world to all of us and our thoughts and prayers are with you.

06.01.2022 2020 Classic is done and dusted, and a good weekend was had by all. Big thanks to all of the Committee for their efforts throughout the year and over the weekend, the sponsors for whom the club could not survive, and all the players and families who attended. Here are a few photos from the weekend. I will try to post more over the next few weeks.

03.01.2022 Due to the restrictions and impact of the Coronavirus all working bees have been cancelled for the next 4 months. The AGM planned for 5 April has also been postponed to a later date.
