16.01.2022 Machinery Operator Position Available We are looking for someone with experience in machinery operation for crop production, capable of managing job programs, taking instruction and working independently. This position would suit someone who has had a few years driving various machinery with a passion for agriculture, willing to learn about aspects of the position and interested in settling down. The applicant must be physically fit and prepared to work outdoors plus have... good communication skills. The position involves completing set seasonal tasks utilising farm machinery from sowing to spraying and harvest, experience is essential. This position is in addition to our other permanent staff so team players are wanted. Truck driving licence and experience in managing junior staff is advantageous. An attractive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant. Additional benefits can include on-farm accommodation with school bus access, phone and power allowance.
