24.01.2022 I BETTY Betty is one of my fav clients, full of wisdom and wit! 92 years young and 1 of 20 kids!!! I see Betty every 2nd Wednesday (after bingo obvs) for a shampoo. When she visits, I try to pick her brain for some life lessons, insight into her view on the world or just a few general hot tips. I don’t like to charge, I feel like I get just as much out of her visit as she does. When you’re 92 and sharing your wisdom from the salon chair, the shampoo is on me. I wish we had more gals like Betty in the world. We would be a whole lot better off.

23.01.2022 Alice the camel had a giant blonde bump called Molly today for FUN FRIDAY. Week 18 and the salon dress up continues. *Disclaimer| I do not wear my large outfits all day as I simply could not fulfil all your hair care needs and who wants a camel kissing their neck! ... I did however pop the full outfit on for the children who were delighted and confused.

19.01.2022 A friendly Christmas reminder. This time of year is any hairdressers busiest period. Please keep in mind if you cannot make your appointment and wish to cancel unfortunately I will not be able to re book your appointment prior to Christmas. My books are completely chock a block full at present and those I have popped on my waiting list I have not forgotten about you. I’m doing my very best to please everyone’s wishes and I so appreciate your patience and understanding.... From tomorrow my Christmas trading hours have extended to early starts and late nights. I’ll be back in the salon as of January 19th 2021. In the meantime I look forward a festive few weeks and I’m prepping my favourite Christmas songs right now! Molly x

I look forward to Friday’s each week as Carol arrives with a home cooked lunch meal. #spoilt I love this so much as Carols awesome company and yummy lunch forces me to pause and eat rather than eat on the run.... This is also fantastic as those who know me will confirm cooking isn’t my strongest skill set. Carols kindness encourages me to do more, do better and be kind too.

16.01.2022 Fun Friday week 6- Dorothy the Dinosaur Fun-fact: Dorothy the Dinosaur is a "rososaurus", a "yellow-spotted herbivorous green Dinosaur ( on Friday’s she is grey) She lives in a pink and purple house with her own Rosy Orchestra and a rose garden in her backyard. To add I scared a few people today with my out fit choice, but in the end it was a real hit but my fan stopped working and was deflated but 4.30

07.01.2022 Week 12 -Fun Friday. Cinderella Cinderella lived with her stepmother and her two stepsisters, Anastasia and Drizella. They were very mean to Cinderella, making her work all day cleaning, sewing, and cooking. I swept up the hair all day today with my dress/train and can’t cook to save my life But I still I rocked Cinderella today.

04.01.2022 Going blonde sure seems fun but keeping your bleached hair in perfect condition can be challenging. From using gentle hair care products to remembering your oils, you need to take extra care of your locks. The real struggle begins when you notice those brassy undertones, I enjoyed achieving this colour on Saturday @immyheap This is a before and after. I toned Immy’s hair down as she doesn’t get to visit regularly to blend her regrowth and get that longer lasting colour. What an amazing result!
