20.01.2022 Here are our 6 current plans. These are based on a 24month contract. No setup fee for a self-install, a new VDSL NBN-approved Netcomm modem is required and can be purchased from us for $99 delivered (Normally $132).

18.01.2022 I visited a few businesses at the bottom of Bank St yesterday arvo and had good feedback regarding our new Soho NBN product plans and pricing. People were happy to look at their old adsl phone bills and were happy that there is now a 'local bloke' to walk them through any changes. Thankyou.

09.01.2022 Some good questions today: "Our new house is a bit out of town and has not had the wires to the street connected, so we're mobile only, we use a 3g prepaid dongle for internet (8gb max plan) can we get a homephone if we connect to NBN fixed wireless? Yes! according to the nbn availability checker you should get fixed wireless installed. The fixed wireless box has both phone port and data ports. A normal phone number can be assigned to that port and you can either pay per call or select a call bundle for local+std calls, or for mobile+std+local calls. 1300 and International calls are extra.

09.01.2022 "What happens to our other fax and eftpos lines?" Any device that needs phone socket connection can connect using an "ATA" or analog telephone adapter. the smallest cisco one available support to phone/fax/eftpos ports and connects to the nbn box with a network cable. It is setup to connect each port to the relevant phone number.

04.01.2022 Todays Q: "We are looking at bundling nbn with home phone and 2 mobiles. I saw you have the $120/mth plan and I am wondering what that covers in terms of mobile calls/data? And how much for our extra mobile? " A: I'm sorry I'm not a mobile phone dealer, the mention of mobiles is about the home phone number having outgoing calls costs to mobiles included (as well as local and National STD calls) in the bundle. Example the base 250Gb Data $60 plan does not have a phone number attached so no calling out - you would be dependent on your own Mobile Phone. For +$20 we can add a phone number that includes unlimited local and national calls. For +$40 we add a phone number that included unlimited local, national and mobile calls.
