23.01.2022 Side Lying Thoracic Rotations This is a dynamic stretch to address mobility of your thoracic spine (upper back). It is an important motion for many overhead and upper extremity sports such as swimming, baseball, softball, tennis and golf. This stretch can be performed prior to and after activity. Sometimes I like to get creative I used a power band to make sure knees were not moving off the ground. This gives the client a bigger stretch through the Thoracic area.
