11.01.2022 In honour of the upcoming International Holocaust Remembrance Day I would love to share a portrait I made of Phillip Maisel OAM in front of the eternal flame at... the Jewish Holocaust Centre in Elsternwick. Phillip is a survivor of the Holocausthe’s a sprightly 95 years young and for the past 26 years he’s been filming the stories of survivors in his own makeshift studio at the centre. "If the human race wants to survive we should be fully conscious of being human beings, we should love each other instead of hate and the result of hate is terrible."
