They’re slowly coming back For those athletes in QLD this weekend is the @gcrunningfestival MEC coach and athlete @moniquaaaaaaa will be putting her run fitness to the test in the marathon event. She’s well prepped and raring to go. Mon we’ll be madly cheering you on!!! And Victorians, yep, just a little longer to go before attending in person but this weekend you can jump on board the @tri_victoria Zwift Club Race Series. The first race is Saturday 5th. 13.01.2022 We are proud as punch of Jackson completing @theguzzlerultra 100km run!! The happiest person out there all day... even when he was running through the pitch black forest. It is a true reflection of his attitude to training, racing and life. When Jackson signed up for his first ultra marathon he had a slight niggle that’s been bothering him for a while. He made it to the start line without niggle or injury. Recovery is what he does best and he has reaped the results #trailrunning #ultrarunning #theguzzlerultra

So far Zoe has raised an amazing $1095 for @starlightau She will ride 500km during September to raise awareness for and brighten the lives of sick Aussie children. GO ZOE!! Her weekly open water swim is an important part of her training plan for more than just the fitness / training and you will find her frolicking around in the bay all year round Talk to your coach before taking the plunge in the cold water so you can be well prepared. #buildingathletesbuildingpeople
