25.01.2022 Did you know that one 20-ounce coke has more sugar in it than a large Cinnabon? 65 grams of sugar is packed into one plastic bottle. Diet soda isnt a better alternative because it will mess with your brain AND has been proven not to be great for your waistline even though it contains no calories. Theres a lot happening behind the scenes. Go for a nice cold glass of water and flavor it with some fresh lemon, lime, or strawberry. 25.01.2022 Google did a study in 2006 called Project M & M that resulted in their staff eating 3.1 MILLION fewer calories worth of M & Ms. All they did was put the candy in opaque jars instead of clear glass ones. 25.01.2022 Just a single Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in the morning has been shown to lower your cholesterol. Itll also help speed up your metabolism, lower your blood pressure, and support your gut health! In your morning glass of water with lemon, try adding a Tbsp of apple cider vinegar. Also throw in a little cinnamon and cayenne pepper. It makes for an incredible detox elixir and is great way to get your day started!

When he filled in his client questionnaire form he reported eating like the second slide. So, of course, my reaction was dafuq?... When I asked him if hed been tracking his food intake, he replied with Nah, I pretty much eat the same thing everyday so no point. Again, me: Dafuq? Anyway, I cant be bothered to tell you that story anymore because its insanely boring but my point here is: People suck at accurately recalling food intakecan you recall *everything* you ate yesterday? Yea thought soand if you cant lose fat despite your healthy gluten-free vegan butter diet its because youre eating too much EVEN if you dont think you are. Ive written an article, in excruciating detail I might add, on how you do exactly that, but I cant be bothered to link to it so just Google it or something IDK (Physiqonomics eating too much). 17.01.2022 Sometimes when food doesnt agree with you it can cause gas and bloating. Simply chew slowly on a small amount of fennel seeds or put them in a cup of boiled hot water for 5 minutes and then slowly drink. You should be gas free within 5-10 minutes. 12.01.2022 Unfortunately, these days we have to be aware of possible radiation contamination in our food from disasters like Fukushima. The good news is that there are lots of foods you can eat to help protect your body. Foods high in carotenes, (vitamin C and E), are natural protectors against radiation. This includes carrots, sweet potatoes, beets, winter squash, kale, collard greens, chard and spinach!

09.01.2022 Up to 80% of us are chest breathers and are not getting enough oxygen into our bodies. This causes tension in the neck and shoulders. The good news is, if we consciously bring awareness to our breathing, all of this can be fixed! Here is an easy deep-breathing practice that Im challenging you to do every day this week! Try this: Sit comfortably and straighten your back. Deeply breathe in air through your nose and hold your breath for a few seconds. Exhale through your mouth slowly, pushing out as much air as you can. Continue to breathe in and out like that for a few minutes and try to relax as much as possible. Concentrate of your breathing only. This practice is especially great in the morning to help wake up your body and detox from toxins. (but its also good at any time of the day!)

Its always important to have good posture, but its especially important to remember to keep your shoulders back and stand or sit up straight after your workouts. Its better for your breathing, will increase blood flow, and help you recover faster!
