21.01.2022 Monarra Park Poison Ivy Lentara Legend | Fairlight Acres Lindy 2019 Chestnut Tobiano Filly Half sister to Monarra Park Harley Quinn- 2019 Sydney Royal Champion.... Big thank you to Emma from Deltree Design for Ivy's photos.

20.01.2022 Always love to receive updates from ponies we have sold. Pictured is Monarra Park Riverdale (Lentara Legend | Woodview Kira) who now lives the life of luxury at EB Lodge with Andrew, Junior & team. Thank you guys for sending me through the photos which were taken by Dana Russo.

20.01.2022 On Friday we competed at the NSW Country Hack Championships held in Tamworth. Absolutely horrible windy weather but both ponies and their riders soldiered on to secure 2x Top 5 placings in a strong line up of ponies. Glen Ardan Snugglepot was ridden by Olivia Carter who is such a great little rider- very lucky to have her on board our ponies. Unfortunately due to a timetable clash Monarra Park Paris was unable to be ridden by her awesome regular rider Elka Petersen but we wer...e lucky to have gun little rider Anastasia Blanch hop aboard. This concludes our last ridden event for the year for the 2 saddle mares. I’m so proud to say that in their first year of being under saddle that they have both qualified for Grand Nationals 2020. It has been so much fun to watch the partnerships grow between my ponies and their riders and I’m forever thankful for everyone who helps make it happen. Photos to come

19.01.2022 The past 2 weekends has seen us start our show season with 2 of our local shows. First up was Maitland Show where we took a team of 3 ponies. Monarra Park Balgair was 2nd in the Shetland stallion/colt ne 10.2hh and Reserve Champion stallion/colt. Glen Ardan Zavannah was 1st in the Shetland mare/filly ne 10.2hh and Reserve Champion mare/filly. We also took the ever trusty Monarra Park Entourage who was awarded 1st in the gelding ne 10.2hh & Champion gelding. A big thank you to... both Jenna Deeg & Mathew Gavan for your help on the day. Friday saw us attend Cessnock Show which is one of our favourite shows to attend. GA Zavannah won the Shetland filly 2-3yrs and reserve champion mare/filly ne 10.2hh. Monarra Park Entourage was 3rd in a big gelding 4yrs and over class. And last but definitely not least, Glen Ardan Snugglepot won the mare ne 10.2hh class, champion mare/filly ne 10.2hh and to our thrill, was then awarded supreme led Shetland. Snuggie then went on to win the ridden mare and champion ridden Shetland classes, ridden by Sophie Upson. We are proudly sponsored by Carrington Saddlery and thank them for their ongoing sponsorship.

14.01.2022 Only the one foal due at the stud this year- Fairlight Acres Lindy x Lentara Legend. This foal will be a maternal half sibling to Monarra Park Harley Quinn who was recently awarded Junior Champion Filly at this year's Sydney Royal (pictured as a foal). Legend is a multi supreme & royal winner himself & is producing some fantastic foals who are also winning in the ring (with his eldest crop just starting their ridden careers this year). This foal is 100% guaranteed to be tobi...ano with a possibility of Black & White or Chestnut & White. EOI Welcome

13.01.2022 Last Friday our only foal of the season was born and what a cracker she is. Only the second ever filly by our resident stallion Lentara Legend (the other being successful MP Paris who we still own). This filly’s dam is Fairlight Acres Lindy who is producing some cracker ponies in her own right. We have also kept her previous filly MP Harley Quinn who was awarded junior champion filly at this years Sydney Royal.... We expect this filly will follow on in her siblings footsteps. Updated photos to come

06.01.2022 We are enjoying our down time over the Christmas break (ponies and people alike lol). We live in a beautiful part of the world

06.01.2022 It’s been a busy couple of weeks at the stud and I’ve been a little slack in updating this page. Last week we attended the SHC HOTY show with exciting results with both Monarra Park Paris & Glen Ardan Snugglepot gaining top 5 placings & Paris going on to be declared Runner Up Ridden Shetland of the year (I will endeavour to upload a separate post regarding this once I have professional photos). Today we attended the Hunter Valley all breeds show with 2 different ponies. Glen Ardan Zavannah won the led shetland any sex under 4yrs & Monarra Park Arya won the mare class & went on to win champion led Shetland. And last but not least, we also have a new foal (which I will also create a separate post for). Out of Fairlight Acres Lindy and sired by Lentara Legend.

05.01.2022 Monarra Park Poison Ivy today. Recently weaned and such an easy going baby to deal with, like all the Legend babies are.

04.01.2022 Monarra Park Balgair Shamara Vijay (Wells Rising Star IMP x Fasque Ermine IMP) x Millwood Tawnie.

02.01.2022 Over the weekend we made the trip to compete at Bathurst Royal. A little chilly but at least it wasn’t raining like it had been the days beforehand In the leds Glen Ardan Snugglepot was 1st in the Shetland Filly 2-3yrs & Reserve Champion Mare/Filly. Monarra Park Paris was 2nd to Snugs in the same class & Monarra Park Entourage was 2nd in his Gelding 3yrs & under class. Thank you Serena Nunns for helping me in the filly class. So proud of both Snugs & Paris (& their riders) ...for how they handled their ridden classes with both ponies still only in their first season of showing and nailing their halt to canter & walk through changes in their work outs. Snugs was 2nd in the child’s ridden Shetland class and Paris was 3rd in the same class. For the ridden mare class Snugs was awarded 1st with Paris coming 3rd again. Snuggie then went on to be sashed Reserve Champion Ridden Shetland. Cannot thank Olivia Carter enough for riding Snuggie & Elka Peterson for riding Paris. So lucky to have you both riding our ponies. We are proudly sponsored by Carrington Saddlery
