24.01.2022 Introducing our final speaker for our Atlas US Election Broadcast: former Premier and Foreign Minister Bob Carr, who will be discussing the election in relation to foreign policy with us live. Bob Carr is a retired Australian politician who served as Premier of New South Wales from 1995 to 2005, as the leader of the Labor Party. He later entered federal politics as a New South Wales senator, and served as Minister for Foreign Affairs from 2012 to 2013. Carr was born in Sydney and attended the University of New South Wales. Before entering politics he worked as a journalist. Carr entered the New South Wales Legislative Assembly in 1983, and the following year became a cabinet minister. 06.01.2022 MUNash Day 1 has come to an end! It started off with an exciting opening ceremony with speakers and video addresses from all around the world. We then kicked off our committee sessions, where delegates debated and discussed various topics. Each committee is taking on a different route, and we are eager to see what is formulated for the draft resolutions! We ended today with a KAHOOT social event, where a $60 UBER EATS VOUCHER was up for grabs! Making it a fun and competitive way to end MUNash Day 1!

Ben, Ryan, Devan and Pravind are all growing moustaches and facial hair for this month to raise money for men’s health issues. Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis and effective treatments, and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths. Besides annual check-ups, the Movember Foundation encourages men to be aware of family history of cancer and... to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
