13.01.2022 Over the past six months Monbulk Family Clinic has implemented many changes to try and keep our community safe from COVID-19. We are proud of the way we have pulled together as a team; doing everything we can to protect our patients, doctors and staff. Sometimes it's been hard work implementing rapid adjustments, managing increased workload and keeping up staff morale but our focus is always on the health and safety of our community. THANK YOU - to all our patients who have willingly adapted to our carpark consultations, empty waiting rooms, drive-thru flu clinics, busy phone lines, social distancing, mask wearing, temperature checking and increased safety precautions. We look forward to continuing our service to the community. Please stay safe!

12.01.2022 UPDATE: Before booking please advise our friendly staff if you have returned from Sydney or the Central Coast since the 14th of December. We thank you for your co-operation in ensuring the ongoing safety of our patients and staff.

12.01.2022 COVID-19 VACCINATIONS We are pleased to announce that Monbulk Family Clinic has been chosen as a COVID-19 Vaccination site. We are expecting to receive 50 doses of vaccines a week to be shared between patients from our three clinics after Easter. We will be initially prioritising people over 85 and those of our patients at the highest risk. We will contact those people directly.... Like all GPs we are doing what we can to get vaccines out to our patients. Once supply increases, we will begin taking bookings for all our patients over 70 and all others who meet the 1b criteria. Please refer to our website or this page for any updates. Please refrain from contacting our receptionist regarding bookings for COVID-19 vaccinations at this stage. We will provide more information to you when it becomes available. Thanks for your understanding.

12.01.2022 Monbulk Family Clinic will be closed from Christmas Eve and will not reopen until Tuesday 29th December. From everyone in the Monbulk Team we wish you and your families a safe and merry holiday period.

11.01.2022 WELL DONE VICTORIA - for doing so well and getting us out of travel restrictions. Important Changes - As of the 9th of November we will only be able to offer Telehealth consultations to patients who have been seen in the clinic in the past 12 months. Exceptions apply to those under 12 months old, homeless patients and people required to isolate due to COVID-19. Please call reception if you are unsure if these changes apply to you. Please note: We are still asking all patients visiting the clinic to call when you arrive and wait in your car until your appointment.

02.01.2022 October was Mental Health Month and we encouraged all of our patients and staff to do a daily activity to support their mental health. Taking a bath, wearing odd socks, growing giant veggies and some Halloween creativity were just a few things our staff did. Let's all continue to care for our mental health on a daily basis and remember, we are here for you!
