03.01.2022 Hello members! Important announcement relating to our exciting club upgrades. Below is a run-down of the works scheduled for the new court upgrade.... Soil testing is underway. This is to check the soil parameters for the new LED light towers. Courts 1 & 2 will be refurbished first, followed by 3 & 4. Friday 31st January, temporary fencing will go up (around courts 1 & 2) & on Monday 3rd February, the contractors will start demolishing the courts. There may be a few hold-ups with weather, but the aim is to finish the full project around the end of May. There could be more rainy days (during Autumn) while courts 3 & 4 are in construction, but hopefully it doesn't hold up works too much. Most competitions have been catered for where we will have only one team playing at home at any one time. Where there is a clash & 2 teams are scheduled, if one cannot be moved prior to the day, then they will play on 1 court each. Thank you for your patience & please feel free to come to the club & see how the new courts are built. It's exciting times for the club!
