21.01.2022 Bar Botanik located in West Perth, is an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle. This beautiful space creates a haven for plant, homewares and coffee lovers alike. A fusion of old and new with its sleek modern interior set within a historical building draped in greenery provides the perfect getaway for those wanting to take time out and grab a relaxing coffee. Mata Design Studio selected the Unios Kobe Track lights that feature throughout Bar Botanik in a neutral palette to show...case the plants and products. The Kobes adjustability is perfect for both task lighting and accenting feature plants or homewares. A bright, light and airy feel is created throughout the premises with the combination of the selected plant friendly luminaires and natural light. 13.01.2022 The recent upgrade to Forrest Chase reinstates the space as a modern retail precinct in the heart of Perth. The new faade and walkway pay homage to the landmark Boans store dating back to 1895, and the Padbury Buildings constructed in 1924. The lighting upgrade to Forrest Chase was an integral part of the design that was carefully considered to compliment without competing with the new faade. 10.01.2022 A NEW DECORATIVE LIGHTING COLLECTION All the simplest, most beautiful things happen in the light. We never envisage light on its own. It is always together with people, creating new, happy rites and relationships. We use it to build new worlds and it accompanies us through our spaces and our needs. With light, we can see where there was once just a wall of darkness, in time and space. Light Collection 2018 catalogue available on our website or contact our Project Lighting Specialists to view samples. http://www.mondoluce.com.au/products/

06.01.2022 The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation moved to the new location at Prime House in Joondalup early 2019. The project brief required the workplace fitout over 6 floors to be future ready, ensuring the three pillars of the workplace; technology, people and place, be considered in equal parts and adaptive to inevitable change in these key areas over the next 15 years. The design narrative reflects this with an emphasis on biophilic design elements, inspired by natu...re. Mondoluce worked closely with MKDC and ATA Engineers with the lighting selection that complimented the design narrative whilst maintaining an appropriate lighting level in accordance with the relevant Australian Standards.
