20.01.2022 2020 was a challenging year leaving an indelible mark on each of our lives. Impacting us in ways we couldn't even think of, having to adopt ways and means of living and working that were not a piece of cake to adapt to. But today, on the first day of the new year, we can only reflect on the things that 2020 taught us cherish each moment of life, not take it for granted, spend time with loved ones, expect the unexpected, overcome, and keep going despite being faced with extraordinary odds. Now' it's time to look forward to a brighter 2021.

19.01.2022 If things don’t change, they remain the same, right But life is also about choice, right The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) have met for the final time in 2020 to announce its cash rate decision for December. As widely anticipated, they held the official cash rate at 0.10 per cent this month, so no change. But does that mean you still don’t have a choice to refinance your existing loan to a better rate (and potentially save thousands of dollars)? ... Well, no. Banks still change their rates outside of the RBAs cash rate decisions, and a change to your home loan rate is your choice. So make a choice to change. What do you have to lose

The previous week recorded a preliminary clearance rate of 67.3%, which later revised down to 63.0% at final figures. This time last year, the final clearance rate was 70.7% across the combined capitals.
