23.01.2022 One of my favourite poses in yoga - parsvakonasana, AKA side angle pose. This hip, spine, shoulder, side body, and heart opener is a beautiful way to let light and energy into the body When I see my students move through this pose, the whole world moves with them. This particular variation with the elbow lightly resting on the thigh is especially accessible to different bodies and levels of practice. Yoga nidra loosely translates to sleeping mind (#yoga = consciousness; nidra = sleeping state).
